2. USER ACCOUNT 2.1. As your password must be kept secret from others, we store it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, we will not be held responsible.
2.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them.
2.3. Your email addresses will not be shown, given or sold.
2.4. Accounts are not transferable.
3. ADVERTISEMENTS 3.1. We accept any kind of advertisement except for pages that have malicious code, illegal content or adult content.
3.2. All advertisements can be placed in graphical and text formats.
3.3. We reserves the rights to reject any advert, at any time and for any reason.
4. PUBLISHERS 4.1. We accept any kind of website except for pages that have malicious code or illegal content.
4.2. We do not give any guarantees that your website will be accepted and reserves the rights to approve or reject any website, at any time and for any reason.
4.3. You can place a maximum of five adspaces per page.
4.4. You must not place adspaces in a intrusive way.
4.5. You must not give users any incentive to clicks on adspaces.
5. REFERRALS 5.1. You may refer as many people as you want.
5.2. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
5.3. You only earn from directly referred referrals being referred directly by you.
6. PAYMENTS TO USERS 6.1. All payments will be made in Bitcoin currency.
6.2. You must have a correct and existing bitcoin address.
6.3. All payments will be made on Monday if your balance is more than 0.00500000 BTC.
6.4. We will cover all transaction fees.
7. PAYMENTS TO BITCOSET.COM 7.1. All payments must have at least 2 (two) confirmations on Bitcoin Network in order to be Confirmed.
7.2. All payments are non-refundable (unless the case your advertisement gets rejected).
8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION 8.1. We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
8.2. All suspended accounts will have all their balances reset and no refunds will be given.
8.3. All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same email address.
8.4. We won't delete user's accounts for any reason even if they are active, terminated or suspended.
9. LIABILITY 9.1. We will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to Bitcoset and therefore beyond our control.
9.2. We will not be held responsible for any of its publishers, advertisers. This also includes every supplier we depend on.
9.3. We are not responsible for any tax payment for you on what you receive from us. It's your responsibility to declare what you've received and pay your country's taxes.
10. CHANGES 10.1. Bitcoset reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, special offers, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
